Scope of application
It is suitable for fixed wiring and copper conductor cross-linked polyolefin insulated wires and cables with heat-resistant requirements for the internal connection of power and electronic equipment with rated voltages of 450/750V and below. It is widely used in high-rise buildings, residential buildings, subways, tunnels and industrial and mining enterprises. It is a new generation product of PVC insulated wire and cable.
Executive standard
This product implements JB/T 10491-2004 "cross-linked polyolefin insulated wires and cables with rated voltages of 450/750V and below".
Use characteristics
1. The rated cable voltage U0/U is 450/750V, 300/500V;
2. The long-term allowable working temperature of the cable is: 105℃, 125℃, 150℃;
3. The minimum bending radius of the cable: the bending radius of the cable outer diameter less than 25mm and below should not be less than 4D (D cable diameter); the bending radius of the cable outer diameter 25mm and above should not be less than 6D (D cable diameter);
4. Cable laying temperature ≥0℃.
Test voltage
Cable kg water test voltage, rated voltage 450/750V: 2500V/5min insulation does not break down; rated voltage 300/300V: 2000V/5min insulation does not break down.

Flammability rating
Those that meet the requirements of Class A, Class B, and Class C in GB/T 18380.3 are coded as: ZA, ZB and ZC: Those that meet the Class D requirements of IEC 60332-3 are coded as ZD. The fire resistance meets the requirements of GB/T 19666-2019, and the codes are: ZAN, ZBN, ZCN and ZDN.
