Scope of application
It is suitable for the signal transmission, control and measurement systems of electrical instruments and power distribution devices with AC rated voltages of 450/750V and below in metallurgy, electric power, petrochemical and other industrial and mining enterprises. It is used for monitoring circuits and protection circuits.
Executive standard
This product implements the standard GB/T 9330 "Plastic Insulated Control Cable".
Use characteristics
1. The working temperature of the cable
—The long-term allowable working temperature of PVC insulated control cable is 70℃;
—The long-term allowable working temperature of XLPE insulated control cables is 90℃.
2. Cable rated voltage: the AC rated voltage U0/U of the cable is 450/750V
3. The laying temperature of the cable should not be lower than 0 ℃.
4. The bending radius when the cable is installed
—For cables with soft structure, the bending radius should not be less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable;
-PVC insulated non-armored cables, the bending radius should not be less than 6 times the cable outer diameter;
—Cross-linked polyethylene insulated non-armored cable, the bending radius should not be less than 8 times the outer diameter of the cable.
Routine test voltage
The finished product test voltage is 3.5kV, and the insulation will not break down for 5 minutes
