Scope of Application
This product is suitable for power supply cable or electrical connection of frequency conversion control system with AC rated voltage of 0.6/1kV and below. The product has stronger voltage shock resistance and can withstand pulse voltage during frequency conversion. The cable has good shielding property, can effectively eliminate electromagnetic interference, reduce noise of frequency conversion motor and ensure stable operation of the system. It is widely used in metallurgy, electric power, petrochemical and other industries.
Standard Implemented
The standard implemented for this product is Q/ygdl 012-2020 Power Cable for Frequency Converter, and the performance of halogen-free low-smoke flame-retardant frequency conversion cable meets the requirements of GB/T 19666-2019 General Rules for Flame-retardant Fire-resistant, Cable or Optical Cable.
Usage Characteristics
1. Long-term working temperature of cable
The temperature of XLPE insulation does not exceed 90℃; PVC insulation does not exceed 90℃; The maximum temperature of conductor is 250℃ when XLPE insulation is short-circuited (lasting for 5 seconds at most). The maximum temperature of the conductor is 160℃ when PVC insulation is short-circuited (lasting for 5 seconds at most).
2. The ambient temperature during cable laying shall be no lower than 0℃;
3. Minimum bending radius during cable installation: the allowable bending radius of the cable shall not be less than 15 times of the outer diameter of the cable.
4. The rated voltage of cable U0/U(Um) is 0.6/1 (1.2) kV.
U0: the rated power frequency voltage between conductor and ground or metal shield for cable design;
U: the rated power frequency voltage between conductors for cable design;
Um: the maximum value of the "highest system voltage" that the equipment can withstand.
Routine Test
The routine test voltage of the cable is 3.5kv, and no breakdown occurs in 5min.
