Description

Scope of Application
This product is suitable for transmission and distribution of power on lines with rated AC voltage of 35kV and below. It is often used in urban underground power grid, outgoing lines of power stations, internal power supply of industrial and mining enterprises and underwater power transmission lines crossing rivers and seas.

Standard Implemented
This product complies with GB/T 12706 Extruded Insulated Power Cables with Rated Voltage from 1kV (Um=1.2kV) to 35kV (Um=40.5kV), GB/T 12706.2 Part II: Rated Voltage from 6kV (Um=7.2kV) to 30kV (Um=36kV), and GB/T 12706.3 Part III: Rated Voltage 35kV (Um=40.5kV).

Usage Characteristics
1. The allowable long-term working temperature of cable conductor is:

The highest temperature of conductors of various insulated cables (GB/T12706.2 Part II)

Insulating compound

Maximum temperature of conductor ℃

normal operation

Short circuit (the longest lasting 5S)

4. Rated voltage
GB/T 12706.2 Part II: The rated power frequency voltage of the cable: U0/U (Um): 3.6/6 (7.2) kV, 6/6 (7.2) kV, 6/10 (12) kV, 8.7/10 (12) kV, 8.7/15 (17.5) kV, 12/20 (24) kV, 18/30 (36) kV;
GB/T 12706.3 Part III: The rated power frequency voltages of the cable: U0/U (Um): 21/35 (40.5) kV and 26/35 (40.5) kV.
U0: rated power frequency voltage between conductor and ground or metal shield for cable design;
U: rated power frequency voltage between conductors for cable design;
Um: the maximum value of the "highest system voltage" that the equipment can withstand.
